Provide support to RMs on day to day operational and administrative support includes:
KYC review, account opening, documentation, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/rollover, loan and credit- related matters etc.
Assist in daily interactions with clients on various matters
To ensure contactability by clients during office hours even when RMs are out of office
To assist Corporate Banking Dept and RMs in other credit-related tasks like preparation of statistics and reports and keep records of customer information updated.
Requirements:
Degree Holder with 1-2 years of corporate banking related experience
Experience in corporate loan and credit administration and KYC process
Diligent, responsible, take work seriously and can take self-initiatives to support RMs and communicates well to handle corporate client-related supportive and administrative matters
