Provide support to RMs on day to day operational and administrative support includes:
  • KYC review, account opening, documentation, credit conditions monitoring, loan drawdown/rollover, loan and credit- related matters etc.
  • Assist in daily interactions with clients on various matters
  • To ensure contactability by clients during office hours even when RMs are out of office
  • To assist Corporate Banking Dept and RMs in other credit-related tasks like preparation of statistics and reports and keep records of customer information updated.
Requirements:
  • Degree Holder with 1-2 years of corporate banking related experience
  • Experience in corporate loan and credit administration and KYC process
  • Diligent, responsible, take work seriously and can take self-initiatives to support RMs and communicates well to handle corporate client-related supportive and administrative matters
