Our Client:
Our client is one of the top global private banks in Asia. They are looking for a motivated individual to join their Singapore team as an Assistant Relationship Manager (Japan Market). Japanese proficiency is required to communicate and support their native Japanese clients.The Responsibilities:
- Be part of a Client Advisory team supporting the Japan market
- Provide administrative support to the Relationship Managers (RMs) in the following areas:-Client account administration and client servicing
- Liaison with internal departments regarding administrative matters concerning execution and
- Liaison with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening request and other clients\' administrative matters.
- Ensure daily transactional processes are in order
- Assist RMs in making sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters
- At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a Bank (preferably within Private Banking)
- Proficient in Japanese language to communicate and support native Japanese clients
- Proven excellent administrative and execution track records
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Certified IBF CACS Paper 1 and Paper 2 or NEC is preferred
