About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Relationship Managers

to join a leading investment and wealth management firm. You will play a critical role in supporting Client Advisors in delivering high-quality wealth management services to

Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients

, including families and family offices.

ready to step into a senior capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Support Client Advisors in developing, managing, and retaining UHNW client relationships by ensuring a seamless client experience. Collaborate with investment and portfolio management teams to deliver tailored investment solutions and financial planning strategies. Handle client queries, instructions, and transactions with accuracy and timeliness. Maintain and update client records, documentation, and reports with precision. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and client resolution. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline.

Junior Level

: Open to candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience who demonstrate strong learning agility and commitment to developing a career in wealth management.

Senior Level

: 3-6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or related financial services. Preferably with CACS (Modules 1 & 2) certification. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with UHNW clients and internal stakeholders. Highly organized, meticulous, and able to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
