Assistant Relationship Manager (kyc)

Job Description
Our client is an established Swiss MNC that is looking for a junior relationship manager reporting to the Head Institutional Clients to support on KYC and regulatory reporting. This is a newly added head count, with opportunity to move into a RM role should the candidate choose to in the future.
Job Scope:
- Front-to-back responsibility for the account opening process of end-clients of our institutional partners by conducting proper documentation review and preparing KYC pack for Compliance.
- Go-to person for client enquiries in the day-to-day business ensuring high quality assistance to our clients and sales administration.
- Provide full support to all sales team members to ensure good internal service level and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal and Compliance, Operations, Trading, Risk) to ensure smooth business operations.
- At least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar fields: or equivalent work experience.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and the Wealth Management space (ideally private banking/External assest manager background)
- Ability to communicate effectively in a verbal and written form in multiple languages
- Forex knowledge is a plus
- Proactively suggesting new ideas on ways to improve our business objectives and processes.
