We are hiring a detail-oriented and proactive

Assistant Relationship Manager

to join our Singapore team, supporting Relationship Managers who serve high net worth clients across Singapore and Hong Kong.


This role offers the opportunity to work in a high-performing team with an established client base, where your expertise in client onboarding, compliance, and operational excellence will be highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide day-to-day support to Relationship Managers in servicing Singapore-booked Private Banking clients. Facilitate client onboarding, including account opening and documentation handling. Monitor client transactions to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Conduct and track client due diligence, suitability assessments, and periodic KYC reviews. Liaise with internal stakeholders across Singapore and Hong Kong to support client needs efficiently. Ensure adherence to AML/CTF controls and compliance standards during account opening and review processes. Manage administrative tasks and assist in any other assignments to support the front office.
Requirements:


Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Private Banking or in servicing high net worth clients. Strong knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, AML, and suitability frameworks. Highly meticulous, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Regulatory Certifications (Mandatory):


Client Advisor Competency Standards (CACS) Paper 1 & 2 RES1B (or RES12) + RES2B (or RES12B) CM-EIP + CM-SIP RNF registration preferred
