It is an opportunity for an experienced Assistant Relationship Manager to join their team
Role of AM, Sales and ServiceProvide administrative support to the team in handling the execution of all wealth management products within deadline and maintaining the sales records.
Ensure strict compliance with key focus on control and procedural adherence to prevent any operational error.
Perform checks on accounts opened to ensure that they are in compliance with requirements
Ensure that the service principles and standards are follow to achieve the service benchmark
Resolve enquiries and provide alternative solutions to meet customers\' needs, promptly and efficiently, within reasonable timeline
Look out for any suspicious transactions and reporting it to relevant party to reduce reputation risk
Manage the operational risk associated with the role and take action to minimize the likelihood of operational risk occurring ie executing transactions accurately to prevent any error resulting with losses
Examine exception items relating to transactions processing, system messages to prevent any internal fraud and minimizes risks
Requirement
Preferably Degree holder with experience in a retail banking environment with strong focus on customer service
Preferably with strong experience in dealing with people
Ability to handle difficult situations with a tact and diplomacy
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people of varying background
Meticulous in paper work and documentation checks.
Ability to meet assigned deadlines
Able to work Saturdays (half day) -> min twice a month, subject to business requirements
