Key Responsibilities
Provide fundamental and effective support to Relationship Managers (RMs) covering all phases of client relationship building and account management.
Ensure timely execution of clients' transactions and liaison with various internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or queries.
Assist RMs in daily maintenance of accounts and operational matters relating to clients' deposit accounts, loans and/or trade facilities. This includes following up on clients' instructions and to facilitate loan disbursement and rollover matters.
Perform KYC (customer due diligence) for new-to-bank client onboardings and/or annual periodic reviews in adherence to compliance regulations and internal policies.
Participate in projects, lead and conduct client calls independently on Bank's documentary requirements.
Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and request; help resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
Contribute to client's process and service improvement initiatives to ensuring a smooth client experience.
Assist with marketing activities and business development effort.
Organize and support client events.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by RM.
Key Requirements
Degree in Banking / Finance / Business
Minimum 2 to 5 years of working experience in a banking service role
Knowledge of corporate banking products will be an advantage
Familiarity with KYC/AML procedures
Service-oriented with good communication, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
Organized, meticulous and a good team player
