Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and maintain Sales reports for the department and the Relationship Managers. Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and assist with client onboarding Handle account maintenance, periodic reviews Support Relationship Managers on trade transactions and facilitate coordination within the sales team. Assist the Relationship Managers in liaising with the trade team for trades execution if required. Liaise with Marketing department to coordinate clients' events. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:



At least 1 year of documentation support experience in Financial Institution. Proficient in using Microsoft excel. Attention to detail and good follow up skills. Beside English, ability to communicate in Chinese language for the managing of Chinese speaking clients. Strong sense of initiative, ability to multitask and is well organised. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build basic Macros in Excel. * Basic understanding on financial products.
