We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) to support our Relationship Managers in delivering a seamless and exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Onboarding


Lead the client onboarding process, including preparation, verification, and submission of account documentation to meet regulatory and compliance requirements. Liaise with clients to gather necessary information, clarify queries, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
Operational & Relationship Support


Provide daily operational support to Relationship Managers, including scheduling, preparing presentations and reports, and handling client instructions. Maintain accurate and updated client records, investment portfolios, and transaction history in internal systems. Coordinate with custodians, partner banks, and fund managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of investment transactions from initiation to settlement and reconciliation.
Compliance & Regulatory Oversight


Monitor and track activities to ensure compliance with MAS regulations, internal compliance policies, and CMS licensing requirements. Assist in preparing documentation and reports for regulatory and internal audits.
Stakeholder Liaison


Act as a key point of contact between clients, Relationship Managers, and operational teams to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. Support the execution of investment strategies, client reviews, and business development initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related discipline. Language skills: Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is essential to support client servicing. Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel * Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
