Assistant Resident Manager

to oversee night cleaning operations at Changi Airport. In this role, you will manage and lead a team of cleaning staff to ensure smooth, high-quality service delivery. Changi Airport



Working hours:

6 days per week, 11pm-7am





Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day cleaning operations. Effective instruction and management of supervisors/cleaners to ensure high-quality service delivery. Planning of manpower, scheduling, attendance taking etc. Resolving all matters on site, e.g., conflict management and service recovery, preparation of incident reports. Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment. Other ad-hoc duties/projects assigned.



Requirements:



Diploma in Facilities Management or other discipline. At least 2-3 years' experience in cleaning/facilities management industries. Familiarity with airport operations will be preferred. Must be able to work night shift and weekends. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Must be IT savvy and able to become proficient at new software systems. Must be well-groomed. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Excellent time management. * Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, able to work well both independently and in a team.
