Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in supervising and coordinating front-of-house operations. Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene standards. Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members. Monitor staff attendance, scheduling, and performance. Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly. Oversee stock levels and liaise with suppliers for replenishment. Support reporting, cash handling, and administrative tasks. Take charge of operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years
of experience in a supervisory role within F&B or hospitality. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proactive team player with good communication and leadership qualities. Familiar with POS systems and daily cash handling procedures. Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
