A personal contribution to the ongoing story of cuisine in Singapore, drawing on a lifetime of custodianship and elevation of our culinary heritage, to engage the young and further the discourse on Singapore food.Lead and manage the team to execute operation requirements of the restaurantBe well equipped with knowledge of all products and services at the restaurantMonitor reservations and ensure special dietaries are taken note of and communicated with Chef and Operations ManagerManage inventory orders and maintenance costsExecute and maintain hygiene and safety of all areas, implementing procedures according to respective regulatory and company SOP requirementsBuild excellent relations with all guests, anticipating needs to provide flawless, professional service experiencesObserve and be attentive to guest feedbacks, taking required measures to upkeep and improve products and servicesWork with the Chef, to establish and maintain effective employee relations with all team membersManage manpower and all employee matters, including but not limited to schedulingCoach and grow the team, by providing training and guidanceAny other duties as assigned by the ManagementApplication InstructionsPlease kindly submit your application here:Kindly note that only applications submitted via the given job link will be considered.
