Assistant Restaurant Manager
The Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing all facets of Jiang Nan Chun. The Assistant Manager must maintain and control a high level of services. This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff. The Assistant Manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.
We are looking for individuals who have knowledge of service, cost control in Food & Beverage, Labor Control, Human Relations, Maintenance and Merchandising. A minimum experience of 1 to 2 years\' Restaurant Management and/or Supervisory experience; 6 month Food & Beverage service experience will be an advantage. The individual is required to be proficient in English and Mandarin.
