Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Supervise and train front-of-house staff to ensure high service standards
Support in managing staff rosters, attendance, and performance
Handle guest feedback professionally to maintain customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers for orders
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
Oversee cash handling and daily sales reports
Step in as acting manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant managerial role in F&B or hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Passion for customer service and teamwork
Good understanding of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
* Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
