Restaurant Operations


Responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant Ensure the highest standards are maintained at all times as required by the Company. To ensure that the restaurant is adhering to the rules and regulations set by government institutions such as the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) in maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment in the restaurant at all times. To ensure that costs are managed according to the company's budget. Responsible for ordering stocks, checking stock levels, and managing stock inventory.
Customer Service


To provide customers with quality and prompt service as required by the company. To provide customers with the most updated information regarding their products and services. To be able to handle customer feedback professionally and in a timely manner.
Employees


Responsible for interviewing, training, and supervising staff Responsible for weekly staff roster Other employee-related responsibilities
Maintenance


* To report all maintenance issues in a timely manner
