Responsibilities:



Supervising daily shift operations, including front- and back-of-house restaurant operations Ensuring customers satisfaction, getting feedback on the experience and handling complaints Organizing schedules, keeping track of employees' hours and recording payroll data Ordering food, linens, gloves and other supplies while staying within budget limitations Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance Ensuring food safety and quality standards Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements



Relevant qualification in restaurant management or equivalent experience Proven track record as an experienced assistant restaurant manager Exceptional leadership and communication skills Strong organizational and management skills Understanding of workplace health and safety and food hygiene Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems quickly * Passion for delivering excellent customer service
