Core Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team
  • Ownership & Engage with customers, internal sales, marketing and operations partners to secure seamless execution of order management/order-to-cash process and prioritization of shipments.
  • Drive Demand Plan execution
  • In collaboration with the team, drive innovation in the way we manage orders and create unforgettable tourist experiences
  • Close contact with Key Corporate Customers to drive service quality
  • Developed portfolio of compatible collaborators, by projecting financial performance, KPIs, pricing/promotion
  • Analyze retail industry data to find trends and applying them to support future business growth

As an assistant Manager, you will lead the BU Operations team to ensure flow of goods and information, securing connection between our retail partners and our Supply Chain. Our customer service team is the backbone of our daily Operations, securing processing of customer orders and owning the entire order-to-cash flow. You will play a fundamental and meaningful role in providing this team with high quality leadership.

Requirements You have a positive "can-do" attitude and are able to prioritize assignments to manage different scenarios/situations simultaneously. As a person you are a team-player, who thrives and contributes best in a team setting.
  • Tertiary degree in Business/Logistics/Hospitality/customer-care/retail is must
  • A bachelors degree in accounting, economics, maths, data anaytics is preferred
  • 3-5 years of business scenario planning experience will be preferable
  • Solid understanding of various busines models
  • Knowledge of business in SEA countries (Singapore, India, China, japan, Korea, Thailand, etc..) is preferred
  • Open to travel to South East Asia region to identify opportunities
  • Highly collaborative style, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
