Marina Square, Downtown East, Kallang Wave Mall, and Suntec City Mall are among the company's locations. : Reports to Sales & Marketing Performing all duties of the Senior Sales & Business Development Manager in cases of absence or emergency. Building and maintaining good working relationships with customers and corporate clients Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales and business development leads Ensure the portfolio assigned meet its revenue and attendance targets Work cross functionally and ensure constant communications and calibration between internal business units to launch new initiatives / promotional campaigns. Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements Collect and analyse information and prepare data & sales reports Engage in telemarketing to make appointments & meet with potential clients to determine their needs Lead generation and customer engagement Job Requirement: 3 - 5 years' experience in Sales +Business Development Knowledge of MS Office software and CRM software Ability to negotiate and understanding of marketing skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results Ability to create and deliver presentations Fast learner and quick thinker Passionate about sales Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment Salary S$3,700 - S$4,000 Why Join Us Group Insurance (Hospitalization & Surgical) Annual leaves Medical leaves Hospitalisation leaves Dental allowance Bonus.
