The successful candidate will support the Managing Director in executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth. The Talent
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior in the FMCG sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experienced in managing a team preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to business travel as required.
The Job
  • Develop short and mid-term business plans to drive brand growth with retailers
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company targets and sales revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, including analysis of sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment of goals and strategies, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate promotional activities and merchandising efforts to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Assist in managing the sales budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and monitoring expenses.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services, enhancing customer experience.
  • Analyze and review sales results to evaluate ROI, effectiveness and execution of sales activities
