• Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager (Logistics/ Freight Forwarding)
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 9 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts
• New business development (60%) and current account sales management (40%)
• Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales
• Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels
• Coordinating cross-trade business related to Singapore
• Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed
• Delivering optimal logistical solutions to customers
• Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs
• Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs
• Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
• Working closely with Customer Service and Operations to execute customer quotations
• Preparing weekly sales progress reports for management
• Keeping Managing Director and Sales Manager informed on market information

• At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
• Able to start immediately or within short notice.
