Job Scope:



Business Development & Market Strategy

Identify and secure new business opportunities in institutional catering, including schools, corporates, campuses, and events. Develop strategies to achieve revenue and margin goals while maintaining a strong client and tender pipeline. Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulations to guide strategic growth initiatives.


Project Execution & Contract Management

Lead pre-launch planning and coordinate projects from feasibility to handover. Develop pricing models, cost analyses, and standard operating procedures to support scalability. Prepare tenders, proposals, and contracts, negotiating commercial terms and service levels. Collaborate across departments to ensure timely project delivery and smooth transition to operations.


Performance Oversight & Continuous Improvement

Track post-launch performance and intervene to safeguard profitability. Provide strategic support and accountability for operational and financial targets. Contribute to KPI development, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring. Identify operational enhancements to improve efficiency and maximize profitability.


Additional Information:



Minimum 3-7 years of experience in business development or commercial management within the F&B sector. Possess strong commercial acumen, including expertise in pricing strategies, cost modeling, and P&L management. Well-versed in F&B operations, kitchen processes, and supply chain management. Skilled in project management with the ability to handle multiple tenders and launches concurrently.
