Building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to customer needs and issues. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager for Data Center Automation and Growth Industries. The position is based in Singapore. You will be responsible for: \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieving sales targets (volume, prices) in the data centre industry, ensuring appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers, including prices. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing sales enquiries in timely manner, including preparing offers in coordination with the bid and proposal team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promoting customer understanding of our product/services offer and aligning to provide a solution. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and creating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of the transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing and delivering technical presentation and demonstrations to customers as part of sales pursuit or for sales related events \xe2\x80\xa2 Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments and general terms and conditions) \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities and ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaborationQualifications for the role
