This role will support the Manager to oversee the quality of practice and professional practice in the CCKS Team
Supervise the programme intervention, provide consultations on design and delivery of the programme to ensure that the delivery of services matches government and community priorities for the social service sector.
Provide practice supervision to senior staff/ peers/ and external parties and institutions, develop supporting mechanisms to support capability development and overall service quality adopting best management principles and practices.
Possess and impart in-depth knowledge in the area of practice in which the professionals operate, drive practice governance within team, service group/organisation and training needs analysis at the centre/service group level.
Provide internal training to practitioner and conduct external training that will enhance the competency of the profession within the sector.
He/she is expected to represent Care Corner in national and sectoral platforms for senior practitioners.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the objectives of the organisation.
SERVICE DEVELOPMENT
Develop, implement, and help maintain a consistent practice approach and competency standard at group/centre level, including organisation level where appropriate.
Develop and implement a consistent series of in-house professional development programme at group/team level, including organisation level where appropriate. This includes induction programme for all newly onboard practitioners.
Develop and review existing documentation and data management processes that reflect practice processes and goals.
PRACTICE & GOVERNANCE FUNCTIONS
Oversee service delivery processes, programme interventions and practice standards in the CCKS team.
Provide supervision to the KidSTART Practitioners, Lead Practitioners and external parties and institutions (where applicable)
Oversee and drive the capability development in the team.
Mentor staff and develop supporting mechanisms to support capability development and overall service quality.
Ensure practice and implementation governance within team, service group/organisation.
Perform training needs analysis and resources for the team/service group.
Deliver training for staff and other stakeholders.
Drive practice related development within organisation and sector.
Identify and deliver training and skill development required to support delivery of advocacy and effective systems leadership.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
Contribute as a key member of CYS leadership team and advocating strong and robust practice and processes in support of service delivery.
Support the Manager and Assistant Director in engaging and enhancing relations with funders and stakeholders (e.g. NCSS, SG Enable, MOE, MSF, MOH and its related Institutions e.g. ECDA, KSL, KSAs, SSOs/Comlink+ etc).
Support the Manager and Assistant Director in staff engagement and aligning various pieces of work with CYS\'s overall direction viz-a-viz organisational direction.
Support the Manager and Assistant Director in conducting performance management of staff.Serves as the role model for fellow practitioners in the same vocation / service domain.
Supports in the leading of CCKS meetings, including driving certain agenda items.
