Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong customer relationships Understand client needs and ensure efficient service delivery Lead the service team, resolve conflicts, and streamline processes Manage budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Analyze customer feedback to enhance and improve services Collaborate with team leaders to align service standards and address issues Stay organized and consistently meet deadlines

Requirements:



Degree in Computer Science or relevant background Proven experience in customer service, leadership, or logistics Proficient in business software and digital tools Strong project management, quality control, and customer service skills Effective resource planning and attention to detail Excellent leadership and team collaboration abilities
