Key Responsibilities



Perform installation, inspection, servicing, and repair of facade access systems and lifting equipment. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance in accordance with company policies and manufacturer guidelines. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues effectively. Prepare detailed service documentation and communicate findings to the After-Sales and Engineering departments. Ensure all on-site work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Deliver technical support and basic operational training to customers when required.



Requirements



Education: Minimum of a Technical Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, ideally within facade access, lifting systems, or safety equipment; Familiarity with both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. Skills & Attributes: Strong in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting with solid safety knowledge; able to read technical drawings, communicate well with customers, work at heights, and use MS Office efficiently.
