Job Title: Assistant Service Engineer

Our Client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company which is selling a variety of robots for the food industry. They are currently looking for Assistant Service Engineer. The main role of this position is to provide technical support to the maintenance of robots and create relationships with potential/current customers and assisting the company\'s Sales team.

\xe3\x80\x90 What you will be doing \xe3\x80\x91

- Assisting two Sales Engineers.

- Providing on-site or remote technical support for installation and commissioning of equipment and routine maintenance independently, identifying technical problems and making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different Service categories.

- Coordinating and executing projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.

- Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.

- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing specialist support and solutions.

- Identifying opportunities for the development of new service applications, equipment and methods.

- Provide Support to the Sales Team, inclusive of Robot Simulation, cycle time evaluation and accessibility check.

- Possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/ Industrial/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical/ Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent qualification.

- Able to speak English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.

- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical engineering system, mechanical systems engineering.

- Able to read and interpret technical drawings, equipment manuals etc.
