Assistant Service Engineer

Job Description
- Attend to assigned customer sites for service requests and enquiries.
- Systematically troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely manner.
- Recommend proper usage, maintenance and corrective actions to customers.
- Recommend upgrades and suitable parts that can be replaced by customers to add value to customer operations.
- Conducting and scheduling of pre-delivery checks for equipment.
- Assist senior service engineers and technicians on technical issues.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.
- Contract position(s) available.
