Works with mentor to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer contact.How you will do it:Responsible for attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.Coordinate and monitor work progress with the customer and relevant parties for information to expedite installation and supervise sub-contractors work at the site.Check and ensure all installations conform to project specifications, and be able to manage system applications, drafting, database generation and commissioning of the systems under your care.Perform 24/7 standby duty for complaint and breakdown.Ensure safety procedures and conduct during service or repair.What we look for:ITE/Diploma with minimum 1 year\xe2\x80\x99s relevant experience handling preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities.Service experience in the fire protection field/BMS/Security systems required for this role.Willing to standby and back up after office hoursWilling to learn new things with good attitude.Entry level candidate are welcome to apply.What we offer:Competitive salaryPaid vacation/holidays/sick timeComprehensive benefits packageOn the job/cross training opportunitiesEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy#LI-GO1#LI-Onsite
