Assistant Shop Manager

Job Description

Supervise and manage day-to-day operations of the shop Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop Follow up on customer's appointment and feedback Train manicurists, motivate team's morale and resolve staff issues Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation




Requirements



Prior work experience in nail salon, beauty spa or service industry Able to lead or supervise a team With some manicure, pedicure product knowledge Able to work on weekends and public holidays * Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
