Singapore Flagship Showroom

What you'll be doing:
As the Assistant Showroom Manager, you'll support the daily operations of our Singapore Flagship showroom - ensuring it runs smoothly, reflects our brand ethos, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.
Act as an ambassador whilst embracing and sharing Castlery's core values, golden standards and vision
Creating positive employee experience and culture building within the team
Proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences and results through team development
Passionately mentor and educate on the retail floor, empowering your peers
Motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples
Think through complex issues and allocate time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities
Maintain presence through effective floor management and ensure staff coverage in all areas of the store as needed
Perform and complete other additional projects, duties and assignments as required by your leadership team
Proactively acquire knowledge regarding company general information, store policies and processes, quality control, new launches, customers feedback/ experiences, and staff information by consistently reviewing company communication
What you'll need
:
Management experience within a retail service environment
Proven track record of effective selling skills and ability to drive commercial outcomes in a retail or hospitality environment
Possess effective communication, superior organization and leadership skills
Experience in working with visual merchandising and merchandise layout
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Commitment to quality with exceptional attention to detail
Customer centric and possess strong people skills (approachable, good listener and empathetic)
Committed to giving and receiving feedback - you feel there is always more to learn and are open to feedback on your performance
Excellent team player - always in the game right along with your team
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Additional Requirements:
Must be able to be mobile on the sales floor and stockroom for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift and mobilize medium to large items, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
