Assist the Project Manager and Project Director in daily site management and operations.
Supervise and support site teams, ensuring smooth progress of on-site works.
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordination with subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
Support the preparation of Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Safe Work Procedures.
Conduct on-site measurements and verify against drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with Project consultants, Resident Technical Officers (RTO), Professional Engineers, and government agencies (e.g., LTA, BCA, HDB, PUB).
Prepare daily reports and assist in maintaining project progress within schedule and budget.
Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Site Engineer or Management.
Requirements:
Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
Preferably with experience in LTA (Land Transport Authority) and PUB (Public Utilities Board) projects.
Basic experience in dealing with local authorities and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to handle site challenges effectively.
Solid skills in work preparation, scheduling, and site supervision.
Willingness to work day or night shifts, 6 days per week.
Positive attitude, good team player, and able to work effectively under tight schedules.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
