Assistant Site Service Manager

What this job involves:
Supporting the delivery of outstanding site services with a primary focus on enhancing human experience
Collaborating with the Site Service Manager to implement innovative experience-driven initiatives
Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and positive workplace experience for clients and occupants
Analyzing feedback and data to continually improve service delivery and user satisfaction Fostering a culture of empathy and customer-centricity among the site team
What we're looking for:
Passion for creating exceptional human experiences in the workplace
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to anticipate and respond to diverse user needs
Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement
Experience requirements:
2-4 years of experience in facilities management, hospitality, or related field
Proven track record in customer service or experience management
Experience with workplace technologies and service management systems
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in workplace environments
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
