Responsible for on-site construction planning, handovers and personnel arrangements and labour deployment
Liaise and coordinate with both the clients, foreign workers and office to ensure smooth operations
Responsible for supervision of foreign workers and their wellbeing, health and safety
Analyse and evaluate foreign workers and clients issues and feedback to improve client satisfaction
To assist the Manager in supervising and coordinating the daily operational provision of the facilities at the areas of the dormitory
Ensure enforcement on the rules and regulation for the dormitory
To handle feedback and complaints and update the Manager accordingly
To take corrective action and implement preventive measures when required
To ensure that all equipment are in good working condition
