Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies to achieve brand objectives and increase engagement and followership.
  • Create, curate, and schedule content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, and engage with the audience in a professional and authentic manner.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, new platforms, and industry best practices to propose innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media advertising campaigns, including budget management, ad creation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct research and analyze social media data, including audience demographics, engagement metrics, and campaign performance, to identify insights and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Assist in managing social media influencer relationships, including identifying suitable influencers, coordinating collaborations, and tracking deliverables.
  • Monitor competitor social media activities and industry trends to benchmark our performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting on key social media KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to the social media team and stakeholders.
  • Support the coordination of social media contests, giveaways, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar and assist in managing the social media content library.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in social media marketing, either through internships, coursework, or personal projects, is preferred but not required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in social media platforms and management tools, such as Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Basic knowledge of social media advertising, targeting, and analytics.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools, such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus.
  • Passion for social media trends, emerging platforms, and digital marketing.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
