Responsibilities

Test and perform software/software patches installation and documentation
Prepare the system and database backup/restore procedures
Prepare and simulate recovery for the managed applications
Participate and support the team in system acceptance testing and on-site deployment
Liaise with Vendor and user to resolve software/system issues both on site and off site
Comply with project plans and industry standards

Requirements

Diploma in EEE/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
Familiar with software deployment and repository tools
Knowledge of digital communications, Microsoft .NET, Scripting languages
Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices
Knowledge of Communication Stack Layer and various communication protocols like SNMP, TCP/IP and UDP
Knowledge of Firmware development will be an added advantage
Knowledge of OS/System Hardening will be an added advantage
Willing to learn and travel to site
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
Singaporean only
