  • Be able to maintain relationships with the client to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Coordinating between with Kitchen Team for Childcare Centre cooked Fresh meals and with Food Manufacturing
  • Able to make recommendations to the Reporting officers regarding succession planning.
  • Ensure that all recipes and product yields are accurately costed and reviewed regularly.
  • Ensure that all food items are prepared per standard recipecards while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure that food stock levels within the culinary departmentareas are sufficient quantity and quality relevant to the indentsforecasts .
  • Ensure consistency in the menu produced by the kitchen team.
  • Ensure that all food preparation equipment is being used safely and correctly and that it is cleaned and maintained.
  • Ensure that all culinary operations manuals are prepared and updated.
  • Ensure that the culinary department adheres to all policies and procedures set by RO and business clients.
  • To initiate relevant maintenance reports and work orders supported by the respective follow-up of those items actioned.
  • Any other tasks as and when assigned by Reporting Officers.
  • To maintain IDDSI standards for cooking fresh healthcare businesses
  • Assist is daily meal packing, especially allergen meals.
  • Categorized sections of the quarterly menu from chicken, fish,staple, sides & vegetables, including modified diets.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least Five (5) years\xe2\x80\x99experience as a leader chef with management exposure with one (1)year experiences in childcare meals.
  • Good track record in F&B
  • Effective Cost Management know-how
  • Knowledge of foodsafety; hygienepractices ; SingaporeFood Agency (SFA)regulations
