Our Client is one of the leading construction materials company.Responsibilities:

• Promote company building material product line through solid sales presentation, and together with Marketing through social medias, events and networking sessions
• Developing and increasing new specifiers' bases and businesses.
• Responsible for preparing concept proposal, specifications and budgetary quotations.
• Follow up sales calls to Developers, Engineering Companies, Architects, Consultants, Interior Designer.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years specifications / pre-sales experience in the construction sector
• Highly energetic and fast learner, able to absorb knowledge fast, on both business and technology
• Strong customer focus, an advocate of excellent customer service
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), internally and externally
• Well-versed with Adobe Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, Sketchup, Autocad and Revit.
• Proactive and resourceful, very hands-on and meticulous
• Possesses Class 3 driving license and own transport

Other Information:

• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830am to 515pm
• Location: Near Joo Koon MRT
• Up to S$5K Base + fleet card + AWS
