Job Description

Responsibilities:



Support daily train station operations and ensure safe, smooth services. Provide frontline customer service at the Passenger Service Centre. Monitor passenger flow and implement crowd control measures during peak hours. Monitor CCTV and respond to alarms (fire, ISCS, PEC, ESP). Handle fare gates and ticketing machine first-level issues. Carry out first-level recovery of station equipment. Assist with passenger detrainment when required. Act as standby train driver during emergencies when needed. Handle incidents such as fire, flood, and bomb threats, and assist in service recovery. Manage access during non-revenue hours. Perform station opening and closing duties, ensuring all facilities are in working condition.

Requirements:



NITEC / Higher NITEC in Engineering or related fields or Diploma / Degree holders in Engineering or related fields (for higher-level roles). Able to work on 3 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Strong communication and customer service skills. Service-oriented, able to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Experience in public transport or customer service is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,450.00 per month
