• Working Hours: 5 days included weekend [ 8am-6pm // 8.30pm-6.30pm ]

Requirement:

• Diploma with at least 3 year\'s relevant experience working with a team of colleagues in a customer facing position.
• Relevant working experience in Retail sector or plants nursery

Job Scope:

• Supports the Store Manager to manage the high standard of the store and to exceed the sales and profitability of the store.
• Responsible for leading the team of store personnel by inspiring and motivating them to exceed sales and customer service expectations.
• Manage the inventory so as to ensure that the best selling merchandise are always available for customers and to take appropriate steps to control the good health and freshness of live plants.
• Organize the efficient unloading of incoming goods and loading of goods for customer home delivery or transfer to other branches.
