As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in daily operations, team management, and delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will also ensure operational excellence, product quality, and a safe, compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales performance.
Supervise and mentor store staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Deliver excellent customer service, understanding customers' requests and relaying instructions to butchers for custom cuts.
Handle cashiering duties accurately, including processing payments and managing receipts.
Ensure premium product presentation, quality control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
Engage with customers, providing product knowledge, recommendations, and personalized service.
Monitor and report on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong proficiency in English; Chinese is required only if necessary to serve Chinese-speaking customers.
Previous retail or F&B experience, preferably in butchery, premium food, or luxury retail.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
