Roster:

(40 hours per week)

Monday (08:30 - 17:45)

Tuesday (08:30 - 15:30)

Wednesday (10:00 - 17:45)

Thursday (08:30 - 17:45)

Sunday (08:30 - 17:45)

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop an awesome, high-energy team Keeping the store running smoothly -- from rostering, merchandising, and stock flow, to ensuring customers have a standout experience Being hands-on in-store, jumping in wherever needed Helping deliver strong sales results and a safe, well-run store Role modelling great customer service

What we're looking for:

Previous retail leadership experience (ASM, Supervisor, 2IC or similar) Someone confident in coaching a team and lifting performance Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep calm when it's all go A natural people person with a customer-first mindset A love for the outdoors or adventure sports -- or simply a passion for helping customers gear up
