We are looking for a passionate, hands-on
Assistant Shop Manager
to join our growing team atThe Plant Factory / The Flower Factory
. You will help oversee daily retail operations, manage staff, and ensure our customers enjoy a seamless and inspiring shopping experience surrounded by beautiful plants and flowers.Responsibilities:
Support the Shop Manager in daily operations, sales, and inventory management Supervise and train retail staff to uphold high service standards Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation Assist with customer orders, flower arrangements, and plant displays Handle POS transactions, supplier coordination, and basic reporting
Requirements:
Prior retail or floral/plant experience preferred Strong sense of design and attention to detail Responsible, organised, and customer-oriented Comfortable working weekends and retail hours
