Adecco is partnering with a Japanese MNC specializing in water technology products, and they are looking for a Assistant Showroom Manager to join their expanding team!

Permanent employment with attractive remunerations and benefits (Basic + Fixed Allowance + Quarterly Incentive)

:

  • Sales
  • Create & develop a clear business strategy to achieve quarterly/yearly goals and effectively cascade this to the team.
  • Deliver the retail, showroom, and FGS sales targets, without compromising the brand image.
  • Management
  • Consistently review the performance of team members and create action plans for training & development.
  • Articulate latest sales figures and action plans on how to close the gaps if any
  • Develop and maintain retailer relationships with key contacts as well as mall operations.
  • Operations
  • Ensure that all sales orders and invoices are properly processed and documented.
  • Ensure all POS systems and equipment are in good working conditions at all times.
  • Ensure that products are displayed in accordance with the visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Responsible for timely submission of vendor invoices to finance department for process of payment.
  • Responsible for timely submission of reports to finance department for bank reconciliation purposes
  • Facilitate regular stock counts and inventory alignment in the stores.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory / Assistant Store Manager experience in Retail Sales, Sanitary/Building products industry.
  • Minimum Diploma or relevant professional certificate
  • Strong analytical skills with sound business acumen
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
