:
  • Knows clearly the processes and ensure smooth operation of the stores.
  • Maintain High Level of Customer Service and Satisfaction through efficient follow up and service.
  • Identify and implement strategies to increase staff loyalty, satisfaction and team spirit through rewards, recognition, training and coaching, ultimately ensuring that store turnover rate is low.
  • Collaborate with Store Manager on the training plan for the store.
  • Be the escalation point for retail assistants.
  • Identify high potential talents for Succession Planning.
  • Ensure the growth of vendor portfolio and achieve a high vendor retention rate.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of retail store management experience.
  • 5 days work week but preferably flexibility to work in shifts and non-conventional working hours.
  • Ability to develop new opportunities, while maintaining existing relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, possess leadership skills and organisational skills.
  • Must have good problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Point-of-Sales (POS) system.
Location: 501 Orchard Road, Wheelock Place B2-06, s(238880) Working Hours & Days: 11am - 9pm normally, 5.5 days a week
