Job Summary:
- Basic Salary $2,500 to $3,300 (depending on relevant experiences)
- Meal Allowance + Location Allowance
- Permanent position with AWS + VB
- 5.5 Days Work Week
- Location: Islandwide (can choose your preferred store!)
- Well known Japanese restaurant chain

- Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations
- Scheduling, managing employees, regular coaching
- Ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards compliance with regulations
- Create a positive and rewarding customer experience
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and customers satisfaction
- Assist in outlet recruitment, employees time management, facilitating payroll issues, training needs
- Plan, manage, review and analyze the outlet sales and profitability and work with Outlet Manager and/or Area Manager on implementing new sales strategy
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
