Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day to day project supervision for conversion, repairs of commercial or naval vessels
- To ensure safety, quality of work and meet delivery deadline
- To ensure work assigned is carried out effectively and productively within budgeted man-hours allocated by CSR, meet customer\'s specifications and requirements
- Accountable for the team of workers and sub-contractors under his responsibility and also the overall progress of the repair projects
- Ensure good co-ordination and communication between your work team, SRM, other departments and owners when work is carried out.
- NTC in Electrical or Mechatronics related fields
- Minimal 5 years relevant experience in ship repairs or conversion environment
- Able to interpret electrical schematic diagrams
- Experienced in carrying out system testing with commissioning team
- Experienced in ship repairs works under tight schedules
- Possess SSSC will be advantageous
- Experienced in man-management of workers and contractors
- Able commit to OT based on project deadlines
- Location: Benoi/ Tuas (Island-wide transport provided)
- 5 days work week
- Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
