The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing store operational integrity and performances, ensuring the delivery of exceptional and commercial standards throughout all stores.

The Retail Supervisor has to ensure compliance in all areas of operational activities and drive sales and profitability through the performance and development of boutique teams, whilst managing within agreed budgets and manpower allocation.

He/she will lead by example and ensure the delivery of outstanding customer service and the achievement of the sales targets of the brand through the training and development of a highly motivated and service focused sales team.

In addition, the Retail Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that customer service takes priority at all times and maintains consistent visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
