Job Duties

Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; assit to plan, monitor, and appraise job results;
Assist to initiate, coordinate, and enforce systems, policies, and procedures.
Assist to maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
Help to maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; Assist to facilite corrections to malfunctions within process control points
Participating in tofu manufacturing and machine operation
