Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the delivery of the competitive swim program and assist in the coordination of associated activities.
- Engaging in coaching on both a development and performance level.
- Monitor constant poolside surveillance of students, acting immediately and appropriately in an emergency to secure safety.
- Organize pools in advance to ensure safety; resources are available and in good condition.
- SLSS Bronze Medallion
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 years of experience in swim training.
