Job Description

:

Design and implement Building Management Systems for commercial, industrial, or residential buildings. Analyze project requirements, propose technical solutions, and oversee the implementation of BMS systems. Develop and program control logic for to optimize building operations and energy efficiency. Troubleshoot and debug control systems to ensure optimal performance and integration. Configure and integrate high-level communications for devices, including sensors, controllers, actuators, and field devices. Ensure smooth communication between BMS components and external systems. Design, develop, and implement user-friendly BMS graphics and dashboards to provide operators with real-time insights into building systems. Ensure that graphics are intuitive and provide comprehensive control and monitoring features. Implement and maintain SCADA systems for large-scale monitoring and control of building operations. Integrate SCADA systems with existing BMS components to provide centralized control. Create and maintain detailed design, development, and implementation documents, including system architecture diagrams, control logic, and commissioning reports. Ensure that all design and development documents are up-to-date and accurate for future reference. Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Provide technical support during project implementation and post-installation phases. Assist in training building operators on the proper use and maintenance of the BMS system.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronic or Electrical & Electronic Engineering Hands on experience in DDCs and PLCs Knowledge in HVAC systems, SCADA software, Building Management systems would be an added advantage Possess good interpersonal and communication skills Positive working attitude with pleasant personality Independent problem solver with a desire to learn new skills and technology Work under pressure to meet project deadlines in a multi-tasking environment Candidates with
